In the United States of America, we prohibit the paddling of our School Kids.
It is OK to shoot 50,000 volt wire connected darts, tipped with sharp barbed spears, deep into a Child's skin,
somewhere about their head and bodies, and to use 50,000 Volts of Electricity to cause a Child to experience
Excruciating Pain, Terror and the Morbid Fear of Death, however, paddling a Child can get a Teacher in serious
trouble. This ought to spook Dr. Spock out of his grave to shame us.
We should all be ashamed that we have allowed the use of Torture to slither like an evil serpent into "American
Officialdom ." It dims our shining light to the world. The elimination of Terror and Torture is what our troops are
said to be fighting and dying for.
Taser Torture Victims suffer the atrocity of Torture almost daily in the Homeland where we once held the high
moral ground to the World.
Today, Sadistic, Kinky and Crooked Politicians allow the use of evil Torture just as they have throughout history
and just as in Christ's time they are ultimately responsible for it's use. When George Bush and Dick Chenny were
removed from office it looked like a step in the right direction and away from the use of Torture by the USA
but nothing has CHANGED so far.
Politicians and Weapons Manufacturers understand that People will generally be willing to give up some
Freedoms and Wealth in a time of crisis. This causes Politicians to keep a crisis burning somewhere, even at
home, to justify their extravagance for weapons and their disregard for lives and their willingness to deny
Liberty in the Homeland.
General Dwight David Eisenhower warned us right after ww2, to not let the military / industrial complex take
over the government, but it happened anyway. The old bullets vs. butter debate goes on in the name of national
security and our Freedoms melt away like hot butter before our very eyes. Bullets (weapons) allow Politicians
to skim more Dollars off the top than does butter so that's the way they roll.
The cart is before the horse. The People need a Police force to protect them from the Government not the other
way around. The Amendments were added to the Constitution to protect The People (Citizens) from Government.
I am no Patrick Henry and I'm not as good as Marshall Dillon with a six gun but I will always choose Liberty over
security and take my chances with the grim reaper. Liberty means not being oppressed by any Government Force
even those in the guise of security. Government of the People by the People and for the People must be vigorously
defended, by the People. Liberty reigns above all else, even at the expense of personal security. I never thought
that I would live to witness this day when the Government considers that statement subversive and non-compliant.
